N.W. Vintage Cycle Parts sells parts for vintage Japanese motorcycles. The site gives customers the ability to find parts online using a bike's model number—a competitive advantage over similar sites.
Their previous site had a number of problems resulting from poor implementation and support. Updating the site database took weeks and required webmaster support, search results were not always accurate, and the site was often down for long periods of time. The implementation was proprietary, neither owned by nor accessible to the business owner, putting the company at risk.
We implemented a new site from scratch, designing a more professional look while making the site more effective. Now the owner can directly update the online database in just minutes. Part searches are fast and accurate. A syntax-checking feature enables the owner to fix many errors in the database. Downtime is a thing of the past. In addition, the owner has access to all site code and the necessary documentation.
