Region J of the Society of Women Engineers(SWE) needed a Web site that reflected the theme of their 2008 conference: Sustainable and responsible engineering. Volunteer efforts to create the site produced unsatisfactory results, and with only one week left before the site was supposed to go live, they asked Tiger Heron for help. In only one week, we created a conference logo, and designed and implemented their Web site.
Region J was committed to having online registration, a feature that required programming support from their parent organization's Web server. However, SWE's Web site policy did not allow us to have that level of access, so Tiger Heron found a suitable workaround that still allowed all of the capabilities Region J required for their registration form.
