Tony took on a web project (for a conference) that was going nowhere and we had about a week to make a new web site look credible. The resulting web site is extremely professional. He designed several logos and buttons that we could use in other web-based and print materials associated with the conference. Tony worked with me on a series of what can best be described as R&D projects to design, build and run a new set of capabilities for online community with a focus on providing individuals with highly customized access to just the right information at just the right time and in just the right context. To do so Tony worked extremely closely with me to develop the requirements, specifications and design of a new form of content management system and what we referred to as a "content relationship management system". Tony chose to develop this using Drupal as the basis. Tony did everything from developing new modules within Drupal, reusing existing modules as well as adapting others outside the Drupal platform.
In addition, Tony created some new graphic designs for the backgrounds and logos or the new site which did a great job of capturing the essence we were trying to convey with this new site.
Tony also did an excellent job of working with others inside our company to roll out this new test platform, helping others to understand the new capabilities and learn how to use them. He also acted as an ongoing "coach" and champion of this new site by providing weekly Emails featuring new capabilities of the site and otherwise promoting the use and feedback of their experiences.
Throughout this all Tony was always readily available for discussions, addressing problems as they arose and generally being highly attentive and fast in his resolution of any problems that developed or taking on new tasks.

Our goal was to create a sales system that would not only educate and inform, but most importantly, sell right off the page in dealer meetings. We brought in members of the Tiger Heron team to create integrated sales tools combining brochures and our Web site. Our timeline was very tight.
