Tiger Heron LLC respects your privacy and we are committed to protecting it. Tiger Heron provides this Privacy Statement to inform you of our Privacy Policy and practices and of the choices you can make about the way your information is collected online and how that information is used.

We've structured our Web site so that, in general, you can visit Tiger Heron on the Web without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information. We make this notice readily available on our home page and at the bottom of every Tiger Heron Web page.

Any requests for information is voluntary and may require your name and address or e-mail address so we may correspond with you or provide you with more information. Once we receive your personal information, we store it behind a firewall, accessible only to Tiger Heron team members who need it for project proposals and deliverables to your company or organization.

We intend to protect the quality and integrity of the information that identifies you and/or your company. We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to keep it secure.

Tiger Heron uses personal information to understand your needs and interests and to provide you with better service. Once you choose to provide us with personal information, you can be assured we will only use it to support our customer relationship with you. We take seriously the trust you place in us. Tiger Heron will not sell, rent or lease your personal information to others.

Non-personal information

Non-personal information is data about Web site usage that is not associated with a specific personal identity. Tiger Heron might collect and analyze non-personal information to evaluate how visitors use our Web site.

• Cookies: We do not currently use any cookies.
• Web information: When you view our pages, your browser sends us information such as your IP address, your browser identifier, the URL of the last page you were viewing, etc.

Children's privacy

Tiger Heron is committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children's online activities and interests. Tiger Heron does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13, and does not target its Web sites to children under 13 years old.

The Tiger Heron LLC Web site sometimes contains links to other Web sites. Tiger Heron is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites. When we send you to any other domain, you are subject to the privacy policies of that domain.

Removing personal information

The only information we can remove is your e-mail address. Please contact us with your instructions and we will remove all messages you sent to us. Your request must come from the same e-mail address as the one being removed.

Updates

Tiger Heron reserves the right to alter our privacy principles as business needs require. Any alterations to these principles will be posted on our Web site in a timely manner.
